David Nii Laate is a Ghanaian gospel musician, worship leader, and composer whose music has been shaped by decades of intimate devotion and honest prayer. He is best known for founding At the Foot of the Cross - an annual worship concert that has, over ten years, become a sacred landmark in the contemporary gospel calendar.
His sound sits at the intersection of classical reverence and modern African worship - unhurried, melodically rich, and always anchored in scripture. He writes songs the way a letter is written: carefully, personally, with nothing to prove.
After a decade of faithful service through ATFOTC, David continues to record, minister, and lead worship with the same conviction that marked the very first gathering.
